They may change at any time in our discretion, effective as of the Last Updated Date displayed on the Site. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy under these Terms. All orders must be accepted by us. We may decline orders at our discretion, even after sending a confirmation.

Prices and Payment Terms

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of order. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are additional. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders arising from them.

We may offer promotions governed by separate terms that control in the event of conflict. We may use terms like “Sale” and “Clearance.” We currently offer subscription tiers such as Explorer, Voyage, Altitude, and Apex, with prices posted on the Site and subject to change.

Payment must be received before acceptance. We may use third-party payment providers and accept major credit cards. You warrant accuracy and authorization of payment details and agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless required by law. One-time purchases such as Boosts, Super Likes, and Badges are non-refundable.

Manufacturer’s Warranty and Disclaimers

We do not manufacture or control products or services offered and provide no warranties for them. Manufacturer warranties may apply as described with the product. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES, and ALL SERVICE WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, lost profits or revenues, or diminution in value. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for products and services ordered through our Site, to the extent permitted by law.

Processing of personal data in connection with purchases is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any claim related to your purchases will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA under the Consumer Arbitration Rules, with additional terms on individual proceedings and the class action waiver as stated herein.

Assignment; No Waivers; No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Assignment requires our written consent. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms confer no third-party rights.
